Today's workforces are global, diverse and ever-changing, which makes diversity and inclusion more important than ever. Companies who do this well, or focus on it as a priority, are included in the Refinitiv, which ranks the most diverse & inclusive organizations globally. It's often said that the best companies – and perhaps the best investments – are those that have the happiest, most diverse employees.
