KNGS is passively managed to invest in US companies that have demonstrated resilience in terms of dividend growth. The fund applies a very stringent dividend sustainability screen, only holding firms from the S&P Composite 1500 Index that have consistently increased dividends every year for at least 50 years. All eligible securities are included in the portfolio. If fewer than 25 companies are eligible for inclusion, the fund relaxes its dividend growth requirement until the minimum portfolio count is met. Portfolio securities are weighted by indicated annual dividend yield, subject to a single security cap of 5%. The index is reconstituted annually and rebalances on a quarterly basis.
