TWIO took a while during the filing process. The fund provides an active approach to an income strategy in the efficient ETF wrapper. The fund adviser pursues the investment objective through a combination of domestic preferred securities, bonds, income producing stocks, and REITs. Through top-down analysis, the fund adviser takes into consideration the target allocation of the portfolio, including industry exposure and current economic environment, an assessment of the direction of interest rates, and equity market valuations. Individual security selection includes three main areas of analysis: credit fundamentals, relative value in comparison to similar assets and technical aspects of the individual security. The investment process allows for a great deal of leeway in terms of security selection and duration. The number of positions in the fund expects to range between 30 and 50 holdings.
