The Sewage and Reclaimed Water Treatment and Construction Services segment involves in the construction and operation of sewage and reclaimed water treatment plants, the construction of a seawater desalination plant, and the provision of construction services for comprehensive renovation projects. The Water Distribution Services segment distributes and sells piped water and provides related services. The Technical and Consultancy Services segment offers consultancy services and sells machineries related to sewage treatment and construction services for comprehensive renovation projects, and licenses technical know-how to sewage treatment. The company was founded on November 23, 1992 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
