Quick little markup on Apache oil looks to be recovering nicely from covid crash, it just passed a major resistance of .23% next one is .38 I can see it recovering to atleast $25 maybe more depending on Biden decides to crack down on oil like he did fracking (I fibbed the last high before crash which is about $52)
Risk management is a little tougher on this one. Id enter after it breaks out and set a 5% stop loss. Would target the gap fill as a primary target.
Testing in progress with targets at $22 then $26 Golden cross on Dec 23rd
We have gone a long way already today. But due to the new high and the good remaining momentum it seems to have not ended yet.
LONG-TERM Cup and handle, flipping major resistance into a support with hidden bullish divergence on the daily. (Not financial advice)
Picture explains it .. Fib targets 1.17.86 2.18.65 3.19.77
APA: multi months resistance break out in play. I like these sets up very much because the following move tend to be powerful. If you're bullish on oil, this is an interesting play. Trade safe.
The rally in commodities continues as the 2021 outlook becomes increasingly bullish. APA Is in a very strong uptrend and on steady volume. Next major resistances | targets $17.87 June Pivot $20.22 Gap Fill $23.00 Fibonacci Golden Pocket. Like all energy stocks APA can be very volatile and fall out of favor fast, keep stop losses in play and bank profits....
