Analyzing the options chain of W Wayfair prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 35usd strike price Puts with
an expiration date of 2023-5-19,
for a premium of approximately $3.75.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

Good company squashed in with competition and relativity. The goods & services still provide a fundamentally strong stock, where it stock sold strong technically.
Looks to me like another 4 day short squeeze on garbage stocks coming up, lots of garbage stocks have the same rangebound pattern going on
When it hits the top blue line I'm grabbing couple of puts for earnings next week. Unfortunately premiums are too high to go big on this. You could probably make more money shorting garbage stocks that don;t have earnings next week.

Wayfair was a darling in the COVID era but just like many others, it jumped too fast and too far. These gaps act like magnets, and I will be a buyer in the 50s. maybe end of this year.
