Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunication Corp. Ltd. engages in providing communication services. It operates through the following segments: Domestic Fixed-Line Communications, Cellular Communications, Bezeq International Services, and Multi-Channel Television. The Domestic Fixed-Line Communications segment provides telephony services, internet infrastructure and access services, transmission and data communications services, and wholesale service for use of the company’s physical infrastructures. The Cellular Communications segment includes cellular communications services, terminal equipment marketing, and the installation, operation, and maintenance of cellular equipment and systems. The Bezeq International Services segment offers internet access services (ISP), international communication services, NEP services and the ICT solutions. The Multi-Channel Television segment covers multi-channel digital satellite television for subscribers (DBS) and over the internet (OTT) broadcasting services and supply of value added services for subscribers and internet services. The company was founded on August 21, 1980 and is headquartered in Holon, Israel.
