This is a good trade. Personally, I would have entered in on Friday 4/21/17. But, I think it still has potential to grow after the earnings report on Thursday.

Its always hard to determine when the drop will be. But the risk reward here is def to the downside and over the course of the next few months should begin to show.
Sherwin Williams might be setting up for a classic head and shoulders Price has already broken the $260 neckline. If it closes today (12/221/15) below the $260 it will likely be sign that the bears have won and this brief rally since October is finished. Look for support around previous support of $235-$230 area
Chivas likes the low volatility and flat shallow base of SHW for his weekly pick. SHW has good rel strength, has a nice trend going, but there are a few drawbacks as I see it:
1. Lacking vol on breakout
2. Red vol comes in Thursday, 4/16.
3. Not in a good group rank. 77/197
4. Acc/Dis is D+.
I see these as enough to rule this stock out.
