The Ship Trading Agency segment provides agency services relating to shipbuilding, ship trading, and bareboat charter business. The Insurance Brokerage covers insurance brokerage services. The Marine Fuel and Other Products segment retails marine fuel and other related products; and holding of investment in an associate, Double Rich Limited. The General Trading segment comprises of asphalt and other products. The company was founded on September 9, 1991 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
