The fund is an actively managed fund that primarily targets exchange-listed REITs and stocks of real estate operating corporations (REOCs). The fund manager uses a system-driven bottom-up research approach to assess relative value and capital growth potential. Specifically, the manager analyzes fundamental factors, financial and alternative data, and rate of change among fundamental factors to assess financial strength, putting emphasis on a companys capital growth and dividend yield. GIBR has a large- and mid-cap bias, and will typically hold 30 to 70 securities in its portfolio. This ETF caps investment to a single issuer at 10% and limits total emerging market investments at 15% of the fund.
