The fund-of-fund is actively managed, aiming to deliver enhanced income and growth opportunities by applying modest leverage to the underlying fund, the Harvest Brand Leaders Plus Income ETF (HBF). The underlying ETF is an equal-weighted portfolio of 20 large-cap stocks from the worlds top 100 brands that are listed on a North American stock exchange. Using an active covered call strategy, it expects to provide consistent monthly income stream with an opportunity for growth. HBF can write covered call options on up to 33% of the portfolio securities. Similarly, the fund offers access to the same portfolio of top brands as HBF, with the goal of even more enhanced monthly cash flow. Like HBF, the fund can also write covered call options of up to 33%, which may vary based on market volatility and other factors. As an actively managed fund, the fund managers have full discretion to adjust the portfolio at any time.
