The fund-of-funds offers concentrated exposure to global equity markets. The portfolio consists of 35 to 65 equity securities, which may include common, preferred, and convertible shares, depositary receipts, warrants, and REITs. The sub-advisor uses a fundamental, bottom-up approach designed to purchase quality companies at attractive valuations with the potential to grow intrinsic value over time. The fund also takes into account ESG factors that may have a material impact on the value of an investment. The unconstrained nature of the fund allows for investments in companies of any size, sector, and geographic region, including emerging and frontier markets. The fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in foreign securities, up to 30% in units or shares of other investment funds, and a portion in cash, cash equivalents, or fixed-income securities for defensive purposes. Additionally, the fund may enter into securities lending and use derivatives for hedging and non-hedging purposes.
