The fund adviser considers ongoing analysis regarding global technology and related sectors in building the portfolio. The funds equity investments may include depositary receipts, convertibles, income trust units, single issuer equity options, preferred shares, and warrants. The fund may also invest in debt securities, futures, and other ETFs. The fund adviser may utilize derivatives and engage in short selling, as permitted by Canadian laws. The adviser may also generate additional income through lending, repurchase, and reverse repurchase transactions. Prior to Mar. 15, 2022, the fund was named the Global Innovation Dividend Fund before it converted from a mutual fund to an ETF structure.
