On the daily Coinbase chart it looks like $5,975 is a key area to break North. If this happens I think we still have some room to run. We are on the up side of the mid-channel point.
Just posting this to see how it plays out. Still long...……...
I don't post about the SPX but I do check it from time to time. Is this the market peak? It may be with this rounded top and the huge bearish engulfing candle we just printed on the daily chart. Personally I would not be opening new long positions with this chart. Play it however you see fit Good luck.
As the price of Bitcoin continues to grind higher the Bitcoin Shorts are also climbing higher and may soon reach into the all time highs again. Somebody is seriously wrong, who is it? Me? You? Us? Them? Stay tuned...…. Below is a look at the current short positions.
Is this a valid Head and Shoulder pattern developing on the Coinbase 2hr chart? If so, a break North should take the price to at least the $6,200 area.
The 2 hour Coinbase chart looks to be building a bull flag for another leg up. That's what it looks like, what do you think? Does this move have another leg North before a retrace? Or is this all she's got?
Is this Coinbase Triangle like the Bermuda Trianlge? A place where bad calls go to disappear? Place your bets and take your chances.....
After I posted my last weekly chart I turned the channel back on after plotting the future moving averages. Uncanny how well it fit so I thought I would post this chart too. :0)
Here is a look at the weekly Bitcoin chart on Coinbase. I have taken a SWAG at extending the 20 and 40 week moving averages to see where they might cross. I also added the RSI to see about where the bull/bear delineation might be. I don't dispute the fact that the price is going to move around these averages, but I still maintain that we have made the first...
I'm posting this chart to ask a question, not so much to discuss chart patterns etc. There is a $300 dollar difference in the price of Bitcoin on the Bitfinex Exchange versus the Coinbase Exchange. So why are people not buying Bitcoin on the Coinbase Exchange for $5,000, for example, and selling it for $5,300 on the Bitifinex Exchange? Or are they? And if so...
I'm still long. I'm just posting this as a historical chart for my future reference. Peace.
This is the pullback I was waiting for. I only needed a few hundred bucks to secure my last whole bitcoin. As of tonight they are off the market and sitting in cold storage. I left a few fractions to play around with, but the majority is gone for quite some time. Since 2012 whenever these two averages cross we were either in a bull market or a bear market and...
BTC has established a very nice ascending triangle. The question is whether it is breaking out now? Will it touch point E first? Or will it do some kind of Market Voodoo move and head fake both the bulls and the bears before deciding which direction to take? Place your bets and take your chances! Personally, I would like to see prices at least touch point E...
I could be wrong, but it looks to me like BTC may want to cool off a bit before plowing higher. If the top of this channel is not broken then it is very likely we will touch one of the lower Fib numbers. I still have my core long position but I did manage to raise a little cash during all the recent chop. I hope to redeploy it on the long side below $5K around...
If the bears ever want to break $4K again they had better get busy and soon. The channel is rising every day making all their hopes and dreams slip way.....
The break out from the bottom has been very confusing for many. Will it go up, down, are we overbought, can it extend? For me I'm already long so I may be a little less concerned than most. If we continue north great. If we correct now it's just another opportunity to add to my position. Either way is fine with me. I did, however, try to determine what the...
As I said before, the bottom is in. I'm pretty sure of it. As you can see on this daily chart we have a perfect Adam and Eve double bottom pattern with confirmation. Does that mean we can't retrace a bit? Of course not and we should to some degree. But anybody still calling for prices below $3K is just ignoring the obvious. Here is a better explanation with...
We are at another major decision point and the bears are shorting their butts off. Will it work? Or will they have to cover everything they just shorted? We shall know soon enough.....
