Belacoin is going to be implementing the most significant upgrade to it's source code in its 3.5 year history called Dark Gravity Wave. You can see on belacoins twitter more information on the fork. The Dark Gravity Wave will make transaction significantly faster and fix mining problems. It is similar to Segwit. If all goes well there should be a pump coming I think. Could go up to the mid 30000 sat mark.
