Looks like BTC is pumped by someone.
Big BUY order in 6 min time will elevate price- I did observed that event.
Normally if someone really wish to buy an asset he buys in small steps in order not to affect the price .
Contrary, if someone real intention is manipulate price to sell asset on higher price, he does just what you can see on the screenshot.
In my opinion majority of BTC is owned by so few big investors, that they can manipulate its price as they wish.
