Where To Look For An End To Bund Rout?

FX:BUND   Euro-Bund
79 4 3
The support area in the rectangle has some unique characteristics that makes it a good place to expect the recent Bund             sell-off to halt:

1- Trendline
2- 50% Retracement
3- Change of Polarity zone

Until that area, I don't see any reliable support on the chart and expect the Bund             price to keep falling.

Good luck,

Today the support area was touched and a decent bullish hammer is being formed. Price action tomorrow will be extremely important.

Stay tuned!

Hi Ali,
What if European Commission, IMF and Tsipars do not reach a deal?
What if Dragi Increases QE program?

Well, that's why I am optimistic on the resumption of the Bullish trend. Draghi will continue his QE until Sep 2016, as he said on Wednesday.
