The 1h shows bullish divergence on the RSI and CELR bounced nicely of 0,5 fib area.
Meanwhile BTC bounced of 40k area and is now at a strong support.
Assuming BTC will not slip further CELR has potential for a nice growth.

Bear in mind that taking any positions at this stage when there seems to be no strong buying power on btc is very risky.
