9.14.23 In this video I am expressing some of my frustration with regard to how I handled oil. I don't think there were any major blunders on my part, And my bias was that oil was probably going to go higher, yet my decision would be or take profits out if I'd been long because I knew the market was likely going to contract... but there's no good entry for me to go along when it looks the way it looks today.... and the irony is that I feel Oil is probably a very bullish market.
The truth is my conviction became much more resolute when I saw oils move this morning. this will not be the last time this happens to me and I'm sure I will do just fine... but I thought it would be a worthwhile experience to go back and look at some of my charting which I will have to change and generally go pack and look at information that was available through the chart and that I would show you how I adjusted. I can't call a trade to open a position right now, but I'm sure I am sure we can find an entry if we're patient... and not just to go long, but possibly to take a short trade even though I think oil's going to go a lot higher in the near future. marcus like this are frustrating to me but not very frustrating if I'm not taking serious drawdowns. in the end missing an opportunity it's not a loss of capital to me... I can live with a missed opportunity it's no big deal... but I hope I can learn from it. If you actually trade you will have these moments...
