DAX further gains or is there a correction coming ?
The Dax. have broken all the records and are at an all time high.
it won't be at that level for very long time.
it will consolidate a bit between 12416,6 and 12819,4
before the price will correct to the 11691,6 before going further up.
another scenario is that it will be unstoppable from here and continue up for the rest of the year with minor pullbacks or corrections.
because of the mass psychology of investors that riding the trend pushes the index and stock market further up.
also taken in mind that less people invest in bonds because of the weak return, people turn to stocks and indexes. the low interest for having money in the bank also put people in a position to look for another way to make money, and in that way investment banks and funds are getting more liquidity to use, they place them in the market and again the extra cash are now pushing the market for further gains.
when banks raises interest rates and bonds will be more lucrative than will the stock market fall. until that i can only counter trade and try to be on the right side now.
i still se that the market can go up for almost 50 % according to shiller PE ratio before we are on the same levels as in 2000 and many can expect a crash
