DOT broke resistance and ready to move

I've been watching this for awhile now. It's been channeling here for a week or so. I've been keeping an eye to see if this was a distribution cycle or if it was accumulating for another run. It's broken the resistance line and came down for a nice retest giving me confidence its ready to move.

Given that its in price discovery at this point, the targets are fib extensions. The fundamentals on DOT are pretty legit too.

Comment:

Cruising along...past the second target and pointing to the third. Nothing about this is signalling to exit. Another entry may present itself at the 23.306 target
