Here I am comparing the Swiss Franc Futures to the DXY
If the DXY makes a higher high in a symmetrical market Swiss Franc should be making a lower low.
However, Swiss Franc has not made a lower low.
Why is that?
Odds are the commercials are increasing their net longs and decreasing their net shorts.
