I've worked on this idea before. Diagonal Grids. It would be great to have a computer program look for them and do all the hard work. If you can derive something about this well good for you. I would definitely use other methods to help.
This is just experimenting. External trendlines and internal trendlines often run at the same angles. This isn't for someone to get a prediction off of. It's just "idea" stuff. Sometimes I've done grids in equal spacing and running diagonally to each other.
