EURJPY bearish bat?

I am practicing drawing patterns. Would this be a valid bat pattern with the C leg completeing down by the 786?

I have heard X to A and B leg at 50% of X to A and C must be at the 382 but not sure how far it can go. I know it can not pass the A leg. I also know that D completes @ 886.
