9.3 EURUSD Daily Review & Outlook

Long
FX:EURUSD   Euro / U.S. Dollar
9.3 Friday, for the past 24 hours:
• EURUSD has risen 35.7 pips against the previous day close; hit target set yesterday, but stay above the expected area.
• ↑ 41.8 pips High & Low extreme move, vs. 48.6 pips of 22 day Average Range.

Strength (0~10) Comparison:
• USD in early session MEDIUM 3.8 -> 0.5 WEAK of late session
• EUR in early session MEDIUM 5.5 -> 5.7 MEDIUM of late session

Market Focus & Moods:
• Dollars fall against all other majors, Risky currencies rally the 2 week momentum. The euro was impressive once again as it climbed for the fifth straight day and finished at the highs at 1.1875. The late July highs just above 1.1900 are now in play into the US jobs report.
• Friday, morning 8:15-9am European Markit Services PMI, 10am Retail Sales, 1:30pm US NFP, 2:45 US Markit Services PMI, 5pm ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI;

Next Step:
• Due to weak US job report, strong European data, I expect a test:
- Resistances 1st 1.1883, 2nd 1.1902, 3rd 1.1910-1.1923 zone
- Support at 1st 1.1863, 2nd 1.1850, 3rd 1.1833;
- Close around 1.1890~1.1915 area.

'History never repeats itself, but it does often rhyme' - Mark Twain.
