Thank you for your response. I drew those numbers in just to depict a trend, didn't mean to use wave theory. I appreciate the comment though. Allah Ybarakfeek

I post a lot of experiments and I only post them to see how they turn out. The majority of my actual daily trades I don't post. I appreciate the response and views though.

I don't know how to backtest, so this is what I do. Im not pretending, I know I'm not right half the time.

backtesting is simple. just look at the history of the chart and find the setups that correspond your rules. then just calculate. the results. then you can optimize your setup and see how it works on history again. all is done manually slowly scrolling the chart history tick by tick)

I don't think you can do that on trade view...if I see all of price action then ill be thrown off cause its like looking at the test answers then taking a test.

your supposition is only your supposition. all great traders did it the way i describe. just be honest to yourself and trade the history as if you never know what is next.

HI Alexander, Are there any good backtesting softwares that can help test your strategy without the manual scrolling.

They won't be as beneficial a learning experience my friend.
Trading is hard work...think of it as the equivalent of a degree or a professional qualification...after three years, you're probably in the right place to be considered proficient.
Personally - I'm about half way through 'that degree'. So much better than I was as a fresher undergrad.....so much more to learn.
