Wave 3 has to end 1.3880-1.3920 (W2 : 1.2660 +minimum W1: 1140 pips (1.3180-1.2040)= min value W3 :1.3800) and will be followed by a bears movement till 1.3560-1.3600,named Wave 4. Next , W5 will end when FED announce the finish intention of QE.
