I don't believe investors realize how businesses pulling ads can impact internet advertising. Keep in mind social media ads are still a fledgling industry. Each time a scandal hits resulting in ads pulled does it impact similar platforms? I say yes. Supply and demand. A boycott by advertisers forces lower pricing to fill those slots. I don't believe the markets are pricing in how not only loosing advertisers is bad but also how the remaining advertisers now can get power pricing.
