Maybe I misunderstood the situation and maybe the bigger time frame needs to be revisited.
1) Europe PE are at 10 when those of the US are 17.
2) Europe stayed flat for a year - Watchout on these type of breakouts.
3) EURUSD is falling hard since 1.20 and could go straight to 1.0700
