They have clearly affected the markets, so it is not unreasonable to think this has also affected the voters minds.
Although the case is now closed, this will have lasting impact and will also be in voters mind during the election day.
Therefor I still think Trump is ahead and will win this election, but this has to be one of the craziest political races I have ever followed, with so many things and issues that have happened and still can happen, that we really have to wait till Wednesday or maybe even Thursday or later to have the final (??) results.
In the meantime, I guess markets can swing vigorously on every fart of information that will come out, so be careful taking positions and holding these for too long!!
