Trump, CDC & Homeland Security bubbled a quarantine in that area recently. Officials believe coronavirus has escaped and is being passed at a high rate within Solano county currently. This is SIGNIFICANT. Seeing that the virus has a 14 -> 28 days incubation period, and is passible without symptoms, there could be thousands with this virus right now. Community transmission is now on US soil. Due to this it is my belief that funds should be nestled within a Safe haven investment such as
