How to Play LTC

Long
COINBASE:LTCUSD   Litecoin
Litcoin is being touted as the "silver" to Bitcoin "gold", and I agree.

Ethereum is a whole 'nother beast separate from Bitcoin, and I believe there is room for Litecoin to fill niche applications that Bitcoin may be less suited for. Litecoin's recent run up is very exciting, and I think it is telling of future gains. Below is a nice comparison of the technical differences between BTC and LTC:

Litecoin has a coin limit of 84mil (4x Bitcoin coin limit) and has a current market cap of $540mil (5% of Bitcoin's). For context, check out the chart below, and find when Bitcoin's market cap was $540mil: it hit that in the initial Spring 2013 run, which is hardly even visible on the chart today:

It makes sense for Litecoin to track Bitcoin, as their fates are intrinsically tied, which presents a great trade opportunity. Look for Litecoin to outperform Bitcoin on the upside, and for Litecoin's downside not to exceed that of Bitcoin.

Litecoin has been let loose, and Im looking for it to trade like Bitcoin has over the last 6 months.
