Technical trade. If I am filled below, then my targets are from $6.50 to $9. This is a $4 to $5 range of profit with a small risk of loss. I don't plan on monitoring this trade if filled, but limit orders are in. I am mainly focused on currencies.
Trade active:
Tuesday at 5pm New York Time, Mattersight reports its earnings. I don't expect much, but I do expect the company to tell us investors that they are doing better than before. I took a small position just in case I am not filled by the end of today or tomorrow (before the earnings).

What I expect:
(1) Market to gap down to fib support and confluence of support and then rise.
(2) Market to find support here, then rise.

Type of trade: long-term swing trade, but semi-investment (possibly 4 months? But if the company shows better signs, then I will monitor it less.).

Risk:
- Market crash
- No one interested in improving their customer service

I am holding most trades from last week. This is a new addition.

Trade active:
Entered long at daily key levels, looking for a bounce to come in the coming days to weeks. If earnings are excellent today at 5pm EST in a surprising way (and I do not think that they would be excellent), then this could be the catalyst the pushes this stock upward from here.

Trade active:
Buying when its scary and red:

All my orders are filled. I did not expect this. I am happy about that.
I like the candle and volume show at the end. I guess others jumped in with me to compete with buying as many shares of this company as possible.

Now, it time to prepare for the conference call in thirty minutes.

Comment:
In a nice triangle and at support...

Earnings in 8 days. The volume today confirms the mini breakout.

Capturing the swings of the stock market & currency market. It's a dirty job and equity/currency traders must do it.
