@joedotcom, hello this one, it is just because the notice. NEO is kind of Etherum which u can buy for new tokens through ICOs. it is the chinese version of Etherum. And on sunday is gonna be the first time used for this purpose, anyway if you want some charts explained enter in my profile. It is not easy to know the direction of the chart but i give you reasons which it should be
