Looks bearish as it just recently tested major S1 lvl. around 438.....if breaks that lvl. then tgt.#1=422 which is next major lvl. of support......of course it could consolidate & b/o of downward channel to the upside so watch to make sure it breaks the major S1 lvl. at 438 for the bearish case..........as always watch volume for confirmation
