I think the Windows 8 push in China and elsewhere will really start to boost NOK soon. Also this is a potential bottom formation at work. Look for a symmetrical move similar to the down recent steep down mover back out of the 2.75 range. Build slowly into the shares to be sure this is it. Let me know if you make something from this.
