this company book really mess, bad company. But their stock transaction very huge (look their volume). No income, equity going down, this sound like their going to right issue.

since Q4-2012 NSPR make expansion but NSPR action still didnt impact to NSPR revenue. After NSPR 2H-2013 NSPR net income going up trend because NSPR pay debt but NSPR revenue still going down. Its mean NSPR "Burn money". Thats why we bet that NSPR going to RIGHT ISSUE (fill their book) to rise revenue.
