JLS: NZDUSD Target Zone 0.6950-0.5950 Up-Date

The NZDUSD already broken her previous lower band/ceiling 0.6650 and will proceed to 0.5950/0.6050 in short term. The unwinding trading by the JPY and CHF from NZD and NZD-denominated debt securities will be followed by the bearish of NZDJPY and NZDCHF to their equivalent rates to NZDUSD and USDJPY, USDCHF.

Both CHF and JPY carry traders will re-carrying the NZD and NZD-denominated debt securities at new lower band/ceiling of the NZDUSD estimated at 0.5950/0.6050 in the future, subject to however no interest rate policy changes during that period.
