Possible formation of inverse head and shoulder

Right shoulder will be formed once the candle closed in green, and I will be looking for chance to long this pair.

Comment:

First Target reached, waiting the price to break the neckline and retest. I will be looking for new long entry after the neckline retest.
Next target 0.734 if neckline is broken.

Failed to break the neckline at price 0.72650. This 0.72650 resistance might create a near 1000 pips moves below 0.718.
