NU it sitting on a support that might break for a quick drop.
Breakout traders might short it on break below current zone.
Bounce traders might long it at one of three zones below.

Support zones below are focused, allowing for a tight Stop Loss.
Short targets would be to each of the three green zones below .
Long targets from zones below would be to next zone(s) above.

NOTE:
I know nothing of the fundamentals or timing (econ news)?
Idea is based purely on technicals which are often enough.
If you have a Bias, this plot might help pinpoint entry/exit.
