In my opinion, at the current price, PEPE is a buy and hold. I've seen the fear and hate on Twitter towards Pepe. People are calling it a scam, but isn't the whole game a scam? Big pockets could have been dumping the price to load their bags. Anyways, for me this is definitely a bag it while there is fear play.
