How much longer can we keep shooting up vertically? Even if last few months made it so you'll never buy another put in your life, I think Im going to be sitting in cash+dogecoin for a bit. Crash could be coming Monday, could be Christmas.
We still haven't seen CMBS fail yet, cornerstone leasees like Nordstrom telling them expect half your rent, member in 08' shit kept on going up for a while before reality caught up with valuations? member inverted yield curve right before big flu?
