Spy set accurately to a 1:1 scale for the arrow tool and angles

The fib speed arcs were used as a circle because they always keep a circular shape. I made a slight boo boo on the set up. To make it as perfect as can be go back to the beginning of the chart where the vertical and horizontal arrow are in the circle. Just zoom in on the vertical arrow first, then unlock the scale and move the days bar along the bottom until the vertical arrow touches the top of the circle. It should fix the minor error. Also when you LOCK the scale again watch and see if the arrow jumps off of the circle. You may have to adjust it until they match.
Took a lot of work. Should be very precise now. Of course when the scale lock blows out the scale then it will have to be reset. Just make sure the arrows match the circle (farther back on the chart) for perfect 1:1 where up and down arrows equal the same distance and touch the edges of the circle.
