I think you miscount waves. Wave 4 cannot overlap wave 1 (except for currencies market). Maybe you could shift down all counting. 2 is actually a wave 1, and so on. So we are on Wave 3

That's a bit of a stretch. There isn't much symmetry between the legs in time or price. I still think it's a bearish wedge though. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/w/wolfewave.asp
