Bullish flag on SVC, seems like retracement coming to an end.

Time to buy??
Area of similar history at 2015-01-21. Touched bolinger, below zero macd (almost), rsi and mfi around 50, and stochastic rising from overextended. MA 50 also acted as support/resistance historically.

Sorry, very messy, but the sma50 crossed the sma200 at 2015-02-18
