This is certainly a super speculative short-term play (returns to be had Monday if it plays out), but if you saw the Kavanaugh hearing where he defended himself... well, then you'll know why I'm serious and this is not just a joke! ha

I wouldn't proclaim with certainty that there's a causal connection between the confirmation and beer... but in a fairly weak market day many of the beer stocks I glanced at do appear to be up for the day, or at least had a fairly strong open this morning (both of which are true of $TAP). Nothing huge, but I think there might be something to this, haha!
