Does this mark the bottom?
Is it time to buy?
It always looks terrible at these points, but:

Bitcoin is not going anywhere
New wallets are added every day
Halving is around the corner
The need to a store of wealth not in control by governments is visibly needed worldwide

I say this is the time to buy
