TXN scissors angles combined with Gann Fan

Think I made a mistake with the Gann fan. The angles for the fan remain what they are no matter what the size of the fan. The purple scissors angle is still an important angle though. I haven't really used the Gann fan, it's just a similar idea with arc distances.
The best method I find for using arc distances is actually just checking previous arc sizes like the TXN chart that has purple channels and is related to this idea. I'm still working on Gann and trying to get prediction by using the right size, but haven't figured it yet.
The other blue angles are ALL scissors angles from that lowest point. That's what the brushed points are about. Even though they look insignificant, they are crucial points to reflect the scissors angle off of to get to the future point ( that's if my understanding of scissors usage is really correct). Remember the scissors intersection is staying at the same fixed point (middle bottom) through all of this.
This is really similar to my Circles radius's that originally were ellipses, then converted into perfect circles.
The SCALE is ultra important. Otherwise 2 LEGS going out from a CENTER point will look like they have nothing in common. The ellipse can cover both points...but there is no relation to a circle with EQUAL RADIUS'S...until several ellipses with at least 2 point hits are found from one CENTER...then CONVERTED into perfect circles BY zooming in and out and using the projection tool overlaid on the approximate circle until the zoom is perfect.. LOCK the SCALE when it's found...then the GANN FAN with it's perfect circular radius (visually) works.
I still have yet to test out the Gann fan on other charts.
This was my first test.
