TOP OF THE MORNING!
Just thought i'd share this textbook example of what my fav' trade set up looks like.
Beautiful short on the Nasdaq today... the trade came a little after our London kill zone but still delivered beautifully.
As per our trading plan, we fist wait for buyside liquidity to form followed by a liquidity hunt.
We wait for displacement to the downside and look for a FVG. We will then look to enter short after price breaks the nearest lower low (Break Of Structure) and retrades back into the FVG area.
In this instance the TP target was the FVG highlighted in white.
Again it is interesting to note that the sell came when price was above the midnight opening price. Further on confirming the pattern we have been observing.
