1.2750 can be a breakout zone with quite high probability, taking into account we will face FOMC decision in coming days. Decision to leave the USD rate at 0.5% can trigger a downward movement for USD.

Scenario did not work, the resistance level was broken on 13.09 and became support, price bounced off it and is more likely to reach 1.3350 before going down.
